Recently one couple in common room and one guy is staying @ living room area (all are professional construction engineers and finance executive)

-Free WiFi and aircon (9pm to 7am)
-One table and wardrobe are provided
-Cooking allowed but have to clean after used
-Cleaning kitchen, toilet and Bathroom as schedule
-There is no limitations for washing laundry
We do not have any restrictions but we just need to stay our own ethics
Our location is at Serangoon (Circle or North-East Line)
3mins walking distance to MRT station and Bus interchange
Downstairs have food courts, mini mart, Singapore pool, clinics and salon
Nearby Nex mall, 24hr fair price extra, cold storage, giant and wet market
