We are looking for a roommate (girl or couple preferable) in Bukit Panjang area (Segar Lrt is right across the road)
The living room area is quite spacious and there will be a total of max 4 people including you - we 2 are all in our twenties sharing the place. You will be getting a spacious master bedroom with attached bathroom to yourself!
The room has aircon, Queen-sized bed, built in wardrobe, and a small cabinet with drawers. We allow cooking and visitors. The house got laundry area and store room also. There are cabinets in living room also for your extra things to keep.
Rent - $1400 + PUB (Deposit has to be paid on the first month of rent per usual) , no fixation on air-con hours too!
Lease period - 1 year
The location is also really good since you can access easily to Bukit Panjang Plaza, Hillion Mall and Bukit Panjang MRT.
There’s Lrt and foodcourt just across the road and 24-Hour Giant. There are 4-5 foodcourts nearby too!
