Description: | Common room available for one male at Bishan ( long term only)
- 5 to 8 mins walking distance to Bishan MRT and bus interchange
- High floor and spacious room, single bed, single wardrobe, study table and chair will be provided
-Available 1st September
- Prefer working professional Spass or Epass holder (HDB registration available)
- Rental fee 650+ PUB+gas
- Air con time from 9pm to 7am
- Cooking is allowed for one person and must do cleaning properly after cooking before 9pm
- Kitchen utensil is not provided
- No visitors, no smoking, no drinking, no betel chewing is allowed inside home
- At night, need to turn off light latest at 11pm not to disturb the roommate and if you wanna watch movie till late night, you may use earpiece and night light
- One month deposit and one month notice is required
- Cleaning schedule for your bedroom and bathroom will be alternate per week (mainly you and your roommate will use the bathroom)
- We will be 5 adults including you and 2 kids (8 yrs. and 5 yrs.)
