- $700 + PUB per month, $25 per day
- Need to share room with one lady
- 5 minutes walking distance with MRT
- Spacious common room provided single bed frame, mattress, study table, wardrobes, standing fan, air-con & wifi
- total 5 persons (including you) , lady environment
-need to share bathroom for three people only
- Priority on working professional with normal working hours
- Not allowed overnight visitors and guy visitors
- Suitable for those who like to stay clean, peaceful, and quiet environment with privacy.
- Need to do cleaning duty per week per person (living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom you use, your bedroom)
- Cooking allowed (Need to clean after cooking)
- Can register at the HDB registry (minimum 6 months stay for HDB registration)
- Need to share PUB but no need to share Aircon service or WIFI fees
- Air-con time 9 PM to 7.30AM
