Description: | We are looking for 2 lady roommates (big common room) or 1 Lady stay alone.
Our block is at hilltop, very windy, condo-layout with green, clean and peaceful environment. room with high-speed Internet.
fully furnished (study table & chair, mattress & bed sheet, wardrobe, Fridge, washing machine, water heater)
Cooking allowed but NO heavy cooking please.
sharing the washroom: 2 ladies (Including you) or 1 lady alone.
We are working professional and respect individual' privacy. You will be very much comfortable stay at our home. Total of 4 0r 5 ladies will stay in the whole flat.
rental: $550 each for 2 roommates and $900 for single lady stay alone. (All inclusive)
Please take note that you are,
1) Required to clean your bedroom and
washroom regularly
(Cleaning washroom is weekly by turn)
2) Required to clean up the stove, cooking area after use
3) Required to clean kitchen floor once a month by turn
4) No smoking, No alcohol drinking, No male visitors, No overnight stay visitors please.
5) 1 month notice/1 month deposit. Deposit will be refunded only on the last day when you are moving out.
