I’m renting a common room near Bukit Panjang MRT for long term stay.
Sharing the flat with 3 other people, two in a common room and one in a masterroom. All are working professionals between 25-35 age range.
-Windy, quiet and spacious room.
The room is equipped with a single bed, study table, book stand and a closet.
- 10 mins walk to Bukit Panjang MRT and Phoenix LRT- 7/11 and Rasa Rasa food court just in front of the block.
- 4 bus stop to Choa Chu Kang
- Direct bus to orchard,City Hall,etc.
- 7mins to sheng siong.
- Air conditioned. No hard restriction on the usage but preferably evening to the next morning.
- Cooking is allowed but you must clean after.
- No guests allowed
- Quarterly AC maintenance
- Chill and easy going flatmates
- 1 month deposit and 1 month notice
