I have a common room for rent. Wardrobes, Aircon, wall fan and comfortable bed. 8 mins walk to Buangkok mrt or just 1 bus stop away. (take bus just in front of the block). Few minutes walk to Punggol park for relaxation when off duty. There are a few coffee shops nearby. Just $700/month includes bills.
High speed wifi available. My current tenant staying with us for almost 3 years. Now, he is going back to Myanmar. Even his work place moved he still staying with us. This considered we are a Super nice owners. 😊
