1) Monitoring health status of all CCT and IPT Devices
2) Preparing all CCT and IPT Devices health reports from EMS NNM Tool.
3) Mailing or sending the reports to concerned persons.
4) Preparing all CCT and IPT Devices events reports
5) Prepare the reports of the events and alerts generated by all CCT and IPT Devices
6) Coordinating with Call Center team for closing incident ticket.
7) Following the escalation matrix whenever necessary and required
9) Immediate reporting for critical issue calls to seniors as per escalation matrix
10) Knowledge on SIP, H.323, SCCP, JTAPI and SS7 protocols
11) Knowledge on IPCCE, CUCM, PGW, Cube and VXML gateway
12) Should have worked on CISCO contact technology
13) Configuration backup of devices
14) Handling of ticket resolution and user queries
15) Handling day to day issues.
16) Working Knowledge of CISCO contact technology at least having 3yrs of exp
17) Cisco Voice certificate preferred
