Job Description: | Responsibilities:
-Handling customer enquries via phone or walk-in on tour packages.
-Propose appropriate travel products and services in accordance to client's requirements
-Liaise with airlines and supplier on operation matter
-Provide Traval information and assist with visa application
-Ensure travel documents and Invoices are proceed correctly
Requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent in travel and tourism prefeered
-At least 1 year customer service experienced
-Knowledge of Abacus/Amadeus GDS ticketing system will be advantages
-Good in communication and interpersonal skills
-Pro-active, organized and abality to multi-task
-Immediate Position
