Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be able to understand, converse and read English. This is important because need to correspond with many 3rd parties including clients and vendors
- QS experience in Singapore construction sector will translate to higher salary
- Able to perform and read AutoCAD drawing (both structural and line). If know 3DS Max, can be an interior designer as well
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must be able to attend face to face interview in Singapore
- Able to speak Mandarin is preferred
- Able to work independently and is a team player
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Meticulous with an eye for details
Work Duties:
- Prepare drawings when customers request
- Read drawings then prepare tender
- Prepare variation orders
- Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments
- On-the-job training will be provided but solid QS foundation/experience is necessary so that will not spend too much time learning everything
Working Days / Hours:
Mon - Sat (8am - 7pm)
