Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement :
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in QS-related job. If the experience is from Singapore, it would be advantageous
- Must have good command of English so that can draft contract, quotations and replies
- Able to converse in Mandarin
- Independent (must be able to work alone for most of the times), responsible, careful
- Eager to work and have good attitude
Work Duties :
- Primary job scope is quantity surveyor duties (full spectrum)
- Job scope also includes other tasks like admin (filing, etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Working Days :
6 Days a week
