Job Responsibilities:
- Good attitude, willing to learn and proactive
- Good organizational abilities
- Must be able to understand, converse and read in English
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must have minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Require knowledge of engineering calculation such as Panel board circuits/main distribution board circuit breaker ratings selection, Load calculation, Voltage drop and Cable/Cable support size calculation
- Understand Single Line Diagram and be able to provide guidance on the Layouts and details drawing
Requirements:
- Report to Manager
- Able to give attentive and effective response to clients’ query through phone call, message or email at all times
- Attend client meetings and Site walk to coordinate between clients and team on work progress
- Monitor the activities of the team, progress and timeline of project
- Prepare claims, get the signature and follow necessary procedures to submit in time
- Make sure the required tools, manpower and materials are in placed before commencing the tasks
- Prepare bill of materials and cost estimating for Main Contract as well as Additional Work
- Responsible for coordination, inspection, testing, commissioning and assist in power turn on
- Maintaining record and achieve targets to keep up with company standard
- Conduct inspection for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control in place by reviewing Installation Procedures and Materials at all time
- Any other ad-hoc duties
