Job Description: | Full-Time “Quantity Surveyor†for “Leading International Interior Companyâ€
BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: S$2,500 – S$3,000
WORKING DAYS: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
WORKING LOCATION: Kallang
JOB SCOPE:
Preparing, Negotiating & Analyzing costs for tenders & contracts
Manage & co-ordinate preparation of pre-tender documentations
Analyze & compare quotations and clarify specifications
Assist in post-tender questionnaires & clarifications
Study & understand tender drawing for projects
Able to do site co-ordination work with contracts & consultants
Able to edit drawings using CAD program
REQUIREMENTS:
Have degree in Surveying &/or Construction Management
2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
Have good knowledge working with CAD program
Able to work in fast paced environment
