Job Description: | Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Good command of MS Office softwares like Word, Excel, etc
- Able to perform simple editing using Adobe software
- Able to handle email programs, particularly MS Outlook
- Good wotking attitude with willingness to learn
- Well organized and enjoy paying attention to details
- Must be proactive and meticulous
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties:
- Co-ordinate and manage administrative functions (eg. attend to incoming calls 7 guests, reply emails, etc)
- Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure compliance
- Process various work pass applications for selected candidates
- Liaise with third parties such as training centers, insurance brokers and drivers to ensure all arrangements are followed
- Updating and maintaining of documents and records
- Any other ad-hoc admin related tasks (eg. filing, maintaining office cleanliness, etc)
Working days / hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 6pm
