Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the building construction industry in Singapore as coordinator or site engineer
• Relevant project experience in the field of building private houses, factories and shops in Singapore
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and PDF software is required
• Must have Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Work Duties:
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and authorities
• Coordinate meetings and daily briefings
• Guide and supervise workers
• Check work against drawings to ensure correctness
• Prepare relevant schedules and drawing when necessary
• Monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulations are observed
• Any other ad-hoc duties
