Job Description: | Designation: Site Supervisor (Renovation & Interior Design)
Job responsibilities:
•Manage and monitor renovation and interior design projects
•Monitor and supervisor carpentry tasks
•Supervise workers
•Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
•Coordinate with contractors and other trades for the smooth flow of project
•Prepare and monitor project material submissions
•Monitor project progress and ensure projects complete on time
•Liaise with all level staffs
•Other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
•At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Able to speak English and Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties
•Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation
•Possess Class 3 driving license
