Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations and oversees kitchen team
- Menu planning and development
- Ensure good hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Food and labour cost control without compromising standards
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the kitchen team
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of kitchen management experience
- English speaking
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
