Job Description: | Junior Sous Chef (Thai Cuisine)
Salary: Ranging from $2500 to $3000

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the head chef to manage food cost and wastage while maintaining food quality and presentation
- Ensure good hygiene standards of kitchen operations at all times
- Fill in the role of planning and managing food preparation when necessary
- Prepare all menu dishes according to recipes
- Mentor and train new team members
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- English speaking
- Passionate and motivated
