Requirements:
- Good English proficiency
- Good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, etc
- Able to perform simple editing using Adobe Software
- Able to Handle email and drafting, and replying of emails
- Good working attitude with willingness to learn
- Well organised and enjoy paying attention to details
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Must be proactive and meticulous
- Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties:
- Co-ordinate and manage administrative functions of after sales (eg. attend to incoming calls & guests, reply to email, etc)
- Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure compliance
- Process various work pass applications for selected candidates
- Liaise with training centers to arrange courses for the workers
- Liaise with insurance brokers to initiate coverage of insurances for the workers
- Updating and manintaining of documents and records
- Arrange transport for foreign workers' arrival and MOM card registrations
- Correspond with 3rd parties to ensure arrangements are followed
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g. filing, maintaining office cleanliness, etc)
