Requirements:
- Prefers candidates with degree in Electronics Engineering
- Must be able to understand, converse and read English (must be proper English cos need to handle and talk to clients / customers on the phone)
- Hardworking, tactful, willing to learn and proactive
- Has technical knowledge in Electronics Engineering
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must have working experience in using AutoCAD 2D and reading drawings
- Able to work independently and is a team player
Work Duties:
AutoCAD Drawing
- Draw details, plan & sections of Design Drawings.
- Liaise with Project Engineers to develop conceptual drawings for site preparation and installation work (video conferencing, web conferencing and streaming, and audio visual services)
- Responsible for updating work in progress drawings
- Able to read, interpret and produce M&E drawings, structural plan/drawing.
- Able to multitask drafting work with reasonable time with other duties assigned.
Helpdesk Support & Return Merchandise Authorization
- Serve as a first point of contact to customers seeking technical assistance over phone/video
- Manage online helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Assist customers in their Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), i.e. process returned products for refund/replacement or repair during warranty period
