Job Description: | Requirement : ** 4 years experience in Quantity Surveyor
** Must able to communicate, read & write in English
** Graduate in Civil & Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar field prefer"
Job Description :
- Prepare BOQ for tender quotations, which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimation of material and manpower
- Details breakdown on tender budget for reviews
- Review and interpret contract documents with recommendation for contractual dispute
- Set up and update budgets for confirmed projects / cost control
- Budget and project progress reports
- Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims, review on client's payment certs and resolution on discrepancy
- Finalize and track variation orders
- Final account management
- Attend meeting with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants
- Administration / document control
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
