Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be able to understand, converse and read English
- QS experience in Singapore Construction sector is a must
- Hardworking, willing to learn and proactive
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Knowledge of and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings
- Able to work independently and is a team player
Work Duties:
- Responsible for administration of contracts and sub-contracts documentation (prepare tender, interpret drawing to calculate material quantity & costs, variable orders, etc)
- Responsible for prompt submission of progress claims and reports
- Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters
- Any other duties assigned
