Job Description: | Job Descriptions
• Handling day-to-day administrative work (such as faxes, sorting of mails and compilation of reports, filing soft and hard copies of documents)
• Handle customers’ inquiries and liaise with suppliers via emails/phone calls
• Responsible for preparation of cheque, payment vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders
• Responsible for submitting T/T forms, cash and cheque deposit/withdrawal at banks
• Responsible for shipment (ocean/air cargo) arrangements
• Handle quarterly GST submission
• Preparing and maintain proper filing of reports & invoices
• Performing data entry to MYOB/ Xero
• Support wide range of account duties
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ level or Diploma in Accounting
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with MYOB and Xero is an advantage
• Independent, flexible and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized and meticulous
• Accountability and commitment to work
Other Information
• 5.5 days work week
