Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- Must be in Singapore and able to attend face-to-face interview
- Must have relevant working experience in Singapore renovation and construction industry
- Must be able to use AutoCAD 2D (read, edit, draw)
- Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
- Must be willing to visit work site as necessary
Work Duties:
- Ensure smooth operation of projects
- Produce Auto-CAD drawing
- Co-ordinate the process and delivery of material with suppliers
- Supervise to ensure that projects are going according to plan and meeting deadline
- Attend site surveys, tender meetings and co-ordination with consultants
- Enquire price with supplier and providing quotations according to site measurements
- Other ad-hoc supervisor duties
