Job Description: | Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Assisting with loading and unloading items(20-30Kg) from vehicles
Accepting payments for delivered items
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
To drive the company vehicle according to the rules, without disturbing other vehicles
To maintain the cleanliness and proper temperature of the vehicle throughout the working time
Maintaining good health and proper personal hygiene as a food handler
Operating equipment and machines, such as lorry, forklifts, etc.
Responsible for the delivery of items to the clients in good condition in a given schedule by the Operations Manager
To report any trouble of the vehicle to the Operations Manager without a delay
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Class 3 Driving License
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Singapore traffic conditions
Familiar with Singapore rules and regulations for driving
Familiar with the road structure and the city environment of Singapore
Able to read and communicate in English
Able to work as a team
