Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be able to understand, converse and read English
- Must be good in computer software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have QS experience in Singapore Construction sector
- Must be able to use software for AutoCAD 2D drawing and able to read drawing
- Must be in Singapore to attend interview
- Hardworking, willing to learn and proactive. Cannot say everything also don’t know, so slow
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Must be able to work independently and is a team player
Work Duties:
- Performs all QS related duties (calculation, tendering, progress claims, variation order, etc)
- Designing, reading and update drawing using AutoCAD
- Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments
- Site Inspection
- Any other ad-hoc duties
