Job Description: | Supervises and guide the cleaners assigned to an area.
• Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.
• Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements.
• Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to an area.
• Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners attendance and completion of all duties assigned.
• Manage assigned team(s) of Cleaners to maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Report attendance of Cleaners to site AA and Manager
• Attend daily toolbox meeting with client
• Brief Cleaners on itinerary of areas to be cleaned for the day
• Brief and remind Cleaners on safety procedures before the team proceeds to work for each day
• Ensure that Cleaners are carrying the required cleaning tools, and that the tools are functional before procced to assigned area
• Ensure that Cleaners carry out their duties in a safe manner
