- Able to multi-task and perform in fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Inexperienced candidates are welcomed as training will be provided
Job Scope:
- Prospecting via canvassing at industrial areas with high concentration of business or cold calling
- Following up with potential leads to turn them into clients
- Develop client relationship to encourage more hiring and referrals
- Develop sales plan to achieve company's objective
- Filter through candidates to get suitable matches for job openings
- Assist in operational duties and completion of relevant paper works for own clients
