Job Description: | · Assist in overseeing daily operations and providing a consistently high level of service to guests
· Monitor and ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve full customer satisfaction and meet company standards
· Regularly inspect all areas of the outlet to ensure cleanliness and tidiness are maintained at all times and all facilities are functioning properly
· Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner and any other appropriate duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
English and Burmese speaking preferred.
