Description: | TOUR CONSULTANT
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer enquiries via phone or walk-ins on tour packages.
• Propose appropriate travel products and services in accordance to client’s requirements
• Propose reservation of air and land travel products
• Liaise with airlines and suppliers on operations matters
• Provide travel information and assist with visa applications
• Ensure travel documents and invoices are processed correctly
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in travel and tourism preferred
• At least 1 year related experience
• Knowledge of Abacus/Amadeus GDS ticketing system
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, organized and ability to multi-task
• Immediate position
